I applied through a recruiter. First, there was a short HR screening. Then I had to solve a real-life problem in 8-12 hrs. The next session was a tech interview with two engineers. I answered almost every question and had a positive ending with interviewers. After that I had a final interview with two hiring managers, it was purely non-technical, mostly asking how to deliver on pressure situations, if I am ok to work overtime, etc. I replied positively and shared my experiences. However, after a few days when I asked HR for the update, they just replied that they are not moving with me this time! I asked for an honest reason for my rejection, no body bother to reply. In the end, I felt they are not fair on the recruitment process and I think they are not sure what they want!
