I applied for a position as a security operations analyst and my application was pushed to the hiring manager for the first interview. Thereafter I went through a second interview with a senior member of the team, and later to the third interview with the CISO and finally an interview with HR. Each interview stage lasted 30minutes totalling 2 hours worth of interviews. I was not given the offer because they found someone else with a bit more experience. Overall the interview were not difficult, the first, third and forth interview were more of a cultural fit. The second interview was more on the CV, skills and experience.
