Easy, did a tour of the area you were going to work and process. Then ask a couple of questions related to your past experience. Person interviewing does give you time to ask any questions.

In your past experience(job) what was the most difficult part of the job?
Great, straight to the point questions weren't too tricky. Interviewed with HR and then hiring manager, and then with the team. Took them 3 weeks to reject me though, but otherwise it was good.
They were in need to a lab technician right away. Interview was very quick and I was offered the job on the spot. The interview was very relaxed. I only interviews with HR.
