It was pretty straightforward. Phone screen and then interview with the hiring Manager. We had a great chat with the HM and he even said the the next step was to have me meet with his VP for Data Analytics. Next thing I saw was an email from the recruitment team saying that they had decided to move on with another candidate. To be fair I know no one is entitled to a position but please do not mislead candidates about next steps. It would be more respectful to give a non-specific answer like "we will get back to you later" than to state something you will not follow through.
