The first step is to conduct an HR screening interview, followed by scheduling the first technical interview. They mostly ask questions related to Kotlin and Android, with one coding problem.

The interview process began with a resume screening, followed by a telephonic round to assess communication and basic technical skills. This was followed by an online technical interview and then a face-to-face round. After clearing all three stages with Neosoft, the same structured process was repeated with their client to evaluate alignment with the project requirements.
