I went through a head hunters company for the role of a Sales representative. When I finally had an interview set up I got there before the president of the company, who was interviewing me, got there. I spoke with a current employee briefly about his role at the company and some of the responsibilities I would be facing. I was then left in a room by myself for almost 20 minutes waiting for the president to show up. When he finally did show up, he basically asked me what courses I had taken in college and my understanding of the information I would be working with. After telling him I was fairly familiar but it had been a few years and I had never had much sales experience he thanked me and showed me around half of the building.
