Easy and straight to the point. Explained the company thoroughly and was upfront with everything. It was a good and easy process. The HR person was very nice and answered all the questions I had in regards to the company, salary, etc

Had a phone call with recruitment team first who told me about the company. Next interview was with esentially the nurse manager. She was very friendly, asked if I had home health experience but wanted to ensure that I could function independently with my tasks mainly aka foley care and insertion, PICC line dressing changes and wound vacs.
