Hiring Process is very worst, it took almost 1 month of time. All interview are taken online 1st round personal interview Salary if 10k for 6 month and after 6 month it is 20k with 2 years bond 2nd round Basic of oops ,asp.net ,SQL ,c# 3rs round Basic of oops asp net SQL After that they confirmed I'm selected and they asked me for documents After 1 week she called me and asked me to give interview in next 30 minutes Because her team is not sure about me after taking 3 round of interview still i ready for interview nd i attend interview on short period. After that no response from her side then i e-mail her to take followup about interview then she tell me I'm not selected Seriously, after taking 4 - 5 round of interview they not select candidate ,i asked her why they reject me any reason she said she don't know why they reject me , they reject candidate without reasons. they just play game with candidate emotions they think fresher are always jobless and needy.
