The beginnings were fine. Standard communication between myself and the person running the interview. They asked for an on-site interview, and the interview itself was fine, however, they didn't ask a lot of the typical questions you generally get with an interview. The office was dark like a basement, and the overall vibe was not one you'd expect from a company.

They provided a worksheet questionnaire with typical IT questions.
First interview was over a teams video chat. The second interview was in person with the owner and manager. Received a tour and met the technical support team after the interview.
