There was none. My interview lasted maybe three minutes when they understood that I was very overqualified for the position. I was already familiar with the operation as well as the individuals running it. I did my research on the individuals. There was no Plant Manager or HR personnel at the time, so the Assistant Plant Manager was my direct point of contact.

Applied online and received a call from HR. Standard process, setting up interview with multiple people. Follow up was slow and had to reach out to them. Went through three interviews, one with HR, them Plant manager and finally district or territory director.
