They use Wonderlic, which they say "evaluates your cognitive skills, motivation and personality as it relates to the role you are interested in" If you "pass" the Wonderlic, you move on to a pre-interview with an HR generalist. Next is an direct supervisor/team interview, and then an executive team evaluation.
