Found the job post on craigs list. I applied. Then a Recruiter called me after one week. I Had an Interview with the Recruiter, then a few days later I had a second interview with the Head of the department. Then the Head of the department asked me to write a letter in french on why I would love to work for the company. It took approx. 3 weeks for the whole process.
