The hiring process felt like overall terrible and a scam. Ghosted after final round. I was reached out to by the recruiter informing me I was a perfect fit etc etc that it would be expedited and more or less be one round of interviews and that would be the final round. I spoke with the hiring manager at first and it went fine. Then after, many weeks went by, and had my panel interview that span over a course of 2 days. Had good conversations with one of them, but the other two looked extremely distracted, disinterested, repeatedly re asked same questions as they were not fully listening, and also overall felt rushed. After going through all of that, they did not even have the decency to send out some form of automated rejection email. Completely ghosted after the final round. I had a pending offer from another company and asked them to see if they could give me an update on status and they never even responded. If that’s what it’s like to work for them, then it’s not worth it. Word of advice, candidates are interviewing a company just as much as you are interviewing them. Please work on communicating better.
