Assessment Day for the full day - morning was company introduction then normal interviews with HR, managers and head of department. Afternoon was group sessions, presentations, feedback. It was very intense but very interesting.

Be prepared on the phone screening for them to ask you actual behavioral questions. Then had 2 more interviews with similar behavioral questions. Make sure to have the STAR format down and research the company (be able to list some of their products).

Todos foram muito respeitosos, gentis e transparentes. Foi muito rápido o processo de seleção e não deixam os candidatos esperando e nem sem resposta. Não consegui a vaga, mas adorei conhecer todo o pessoal.
