Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Nestlé
Colloquio
I was contacted by a Nestle recruiter who had seen my LinkedIn profile. We had a very pleasant conversation about Nestle centralizing IT jobs in St. Louis. We talked specifically about three open positions and he seemed to listen to my experiences and interests, finally sending me links to two of the positions with a recommendation that I apply for them. In his email he told me that he would be my "guide" through the Nestle process. I thought I was a good fit for one of the positions, so I completed the application and notified him that I had done so. About 4 hours later, I received a form email rejection from Nestle saying my application for the role had been closed. I did not receive any advance information from the Nestle recruiter about this change in direction and did not receive any reasons for the rejection. All in all, it was a strange experience and I felt it was disrespectful.

Domanda 1
The recruiter indicated they used behavioral interviewing techniques and gave me a link to the interview responses here on Glassdoor.
A job interview usually begins with a brief greeting and an introduction to the company. Then the applicant introduces themselves and answers questions about their skills, experience, and motivation. After that, they can ask their own questions. At the end, the next steps in the process are explained.
It was interesting and to the point giving me a good overview of the position and the company. Both technical and behavioral questions - nothing too complicated, rather what was to be expected.
