Met with HR and had a preliminary interview. Afterwards, they called again for a a panel interview with all the Finance and Control heads. Final interview was with the CFO. There were a lot of situational questions but the interviewers tried to put me at ease. Feedback came after 1 month.
Few stages to the interview (personality test, video interview, group assessment and a panelist interview right after, final interview]. The group assessment is the most challenging as this is the stage where most people get eliminated.

30 min Group interview , have to discuss a business case study with other interviewees, after the discussion have to present to the interviewer. They very focus on the leadership skills

It was a nice session and the interviewer was very welcoming and made the vibes more relaxing than intimidating. Also helping us to be more spesific to our answer. Overall so many thing I’ve learned from that session
