The interview was quick and comfortable. It was in a relaxed environment and the person conducting the interview was friendly and straight to the point. The questions were pretty much standard interview questions

You have to go through adecco which is a temp agency. They make you take a drug test, a strength test, and submit your proof of education. Then your first week at Nestlé is all training. They give you a test at the end but they tell you all the answers before you take it.

Après postulation un entretien téléphonique a été proposé avec une personne des ressources humaines. Questions basiques ont été posées: motivation, connaissances du sujets, etc. On m'a expliqué qu'après cette discussion mon dossier sera transmis aux personnes concernées. Après quoi je recevrai rapidement une réponse. Effectivement j'ai reçu la réponse (téléphone) dans le laps de temps énoncé. Négatif car pas assez d'expérience. Cette réponse m'a très surpris au vue de mon expérience. J'aurais préféré recevoir une réponse claire et franche, au lieu d'une réponse prédéfinie qui ne prends pas en compte mon entretien.

Applied online on Sunday. Received a phone call around 4pm on Monday. Scheduled an face-to-face for Wednesday. Hired on the spot. Actually, as I was walking back to my car the person whom interviewed me can out running to catch me before I left to extend an offer to. It was awesome and a blessing.
