First interview with the HR department. They explayned thouroughly the process. The next one was with the upper management and one HR employee. Finally the last one was to conduct a presentation for the head of division.

Be prepared on the phone screening for them to ask you actual behavioral questions. Then had 2 more interviews with similar behavioral questions. Make sure to have the STAR format down and research the company (be able to list some of their products).

Todos foram muito respeitosos, gentis e transparentes. Foi muito rápido o processo de seleção e não deixam os candidatos esperando e nem sem resposta. Não consegui a vaga, mas adorei conhecer todo o pessoal.
