2 rounds of interviews
First interviews asks why Nestle, what are you expecting to gain out of the internship, what do you know about the company, why do you believe we should choose you...etc.
Second interview was more of a competency based questions interview. Example would be tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult team member or tell me about a time when you had to take leadership initiative..etc.
Will ask questions, includes behavioral questions, introductions, ask how many hours are you to render in the said internship. Also asked technical skills and make you rate. It is also important that you ask questions towards the very end of the interview.

The interview process was very simple. The manager was very friendly and welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole interview. The interview process consisted of one interview/screening call.

The first round is a one way automated interview. The second round is a panel interview with typical human resource behavioural question. Then you present a pre prapared deck about the career you aspire for.
