I had only one phone interview and another one at the headquarters. The phone one included also the salary discussion which seemed a little weird considering the HR person didn't know me. The second one included an open discussion and a test.
When the interview finished, on my way out, the HR girl asked me that if I will not be accepted, do not bother the general manager with questions like why or something like this. It was the weirdest interview ever.. I have to mention that after the discussion, she seemed to like me. Maybe they had unpleasant reply from others but it's still weird.

The Q were about my previous experience and about a specific case, something like what would my opinion be if I would find out that the GM is involved in a situation like signing the contract with the company owned by his cousin, preferring him instead of other better offers from other companies.

Full day process: 3 individual interviews with case studies and leadership skills questions, then a 4v4 person panel negotiation scenario, then a team case study with all the applicants. Individual interviews are stellar, panel negotiation and case study are in theory great interview methods, but your individual evaluation can be improved, since your individual evaluation could be biased if someone else is not willing to contribute as much.

Pretty lengthy process including a full day assessment centre. Some parts of this process were just unnecessary but they did give a good indicator of what the role entails at the AC and it made me realise that the role wasn't for me. Overall the interviewer and Hr team were pretty friendly.

There were three interviews. Two with potential line managers and one with the CFO. The conversation ranged from technical questions to scenarios in which one would have to demonstrate one's soft skills and ethics.
