There was a telephonic round for approx 5 min where general questions and the desire to locate anywhere in india were asked. Shortlisted candidates were called for apti in their office. Although the paper was not so easy but we were not guarded by any company person in the room. Since no one wad eleminated so gd round was followed. Later two rounds of hr interviews took place with moderate questions.

The interview is mainly about understanding the candidate's personality and attitude towards challenges and pressure. It could also include a sales pitch and some basic arithmetic questions about discounts and profits.
