The smooth and simple process is by Submitting the application through talent acquisition in linked in, and if shortlisted you are required to complete the assessment you will be called by HR and interviewed by the hiring manager. The duration of the process takes about 2 weeks.

-Phone Screening: Casual phone call and used STAR method. Everything sounded and seemed very good
-Scheduled 2nd Interview: Contacted me last minute before the second interview and said they're pausing the hiring process and would inform me when opportunities opened up while expressing extreme interest in me as a candidate. Found out months later other people were hired and I was not contacted about the positions opening up. Extremely disappointed in HR.
