At the time (2006), it was a classic interview, then some assessments and then group exercises. It was very intense. Then there was a negotiation phase with an HR person. Totally worth it to work there. I would recommend it.

A through interview process with several rounds of interviews across departments. Interviewers were Fair and diverse in their questions and requirements. Questions were repetitive across interviews, no clear roles given to interviewers.

Colloquio
First interview was with HR, in french. He was really nice, told me I answered great and he sees no reason not to have the job. It was via Zoom if I remember correctly. Really good feeling with him. Second round was with the manager of the position via Zoom as well, she's french but tested me in english only. She asked only tricky and weird questions, she was a bit arrogant and she was not helpful. It was not a pleasant meeting. I got a refusal call 3 weeks or a month later by the HR guy, he told me nice things and told me the reason I didn't get the position is because the manager wanted an english mother tongue person. She could have known that before.. but anyway. Overall a nice experience with HR, but that's all.

Domanda 1
Questions about Nestlé's values, about what I use to be organized, tricky questions that I didn't remember because too weird. And one like "If you could be a little mouse in your current office, and hear what your colleagues are saying about you. What would they say?"
