4 interviews from the H R manager to the direct manager of the proc. department, 3 of them fisical interviews. chill enviorment and easy going conversations. seems a good place to work.
Interview was supposed to be 30 minutes and lasted 5. Recruiter did not communicate the requirements of the role until the interview then immediately ended the interview after learning I did not meet the requirements they had not listed.

The interview process was straightforward, starting with Talent Acquisition and followed by the technical interview. Overall, the process was not difficult. However, the experience with Talent Acquisition in Panama was disappointing. After two weeks, I reached out to the person handling my process, but they never responded, nor did they send a thank-you letter. I would not apply to this company again as I find it disrespectful.

Fairly basic questions were asked such as career aspirations, naming your strengths, weaknesses, examples of project management, challenging situations. Some basic procurement related questions about supplier management and stakeholder management.
