Very simple and short interview. They mainly try to gauge motivation of the candidate. Usually, two Area Sales Managers are part of the interview. They also want to understand whether you are ready to go into the field.

Tell us about your motivation to do sales? Do you know the difference between Modern Trade and General Trade?
Went through DLS final round was three 30 minute interviews with those in sales roles. Asked mostly traditional behavioral interview questions. Some had multiple interviewers while others only had one.

Phone interview - asked about my experience, current educational status, degree, skills. Asked whether I was comfortable with the salary & other working conditions. They did not ask 'tell me about yourself'. Gave job description and so on. It was an HR and she didn't know all about the job. SHE SAID THAT THERE IS A 40% CHANCE together an offer after the internship.
