The interview process was structured and professional. It started with an initial screening call with HR, followed by a technical interview focusing on UX case studies and problem-solving. The final round included a panel interview with senior designers and stakeholders, where I was asked to present a past project and discuss my design decisions. Overall, the process was fair, but response times between stages could be improved.
