Zuerst eine kurze Vorstellung, dann konkrete Fragen über meine Erfahrungen und wieso ich genau in dieser Stelle arbeiten will. Dann wollten sie wissen wie ich bisher Herausforderungen gehandelt habe und Beispiele wissen wie ich in Teams arbeite bzw. welche Rolle ich einehme.
Colloquio conoscitivo inziale + colloquio tecnico con i manager di riferimento. Tutto molto rapido si è trattato di due step e se piaci te lo dicono subito per quanto riguarda la mia esperienza di stage.

Interviewed by the Brand Manager of the Nutrition part for about 30 minutes. They offered me some beverage and it was pretty casual. But she didn't seem very interested in me through out the interview.

Very weird interview process, it was a very one way conversation and felt uncomfortable at times without any back and forth. No emotional reaction to my responses, just a blank response and someone taking notes, it felt very impersonal
