The Assessment Center follows the recorded in your own time video interview. The assessment center day consists of four parts - presentation, group task, interview and a written test. On the day you get to interact a lot with other candidates and talk to current employees. The written task consists of working through the info on new product launch and 'feedback should be given to a manager by email'.

Applied through Nestle's website and got an email after 2 months. First step was phone interview. The whole interview was around 40 minutes and questions were pretty straightforward. Most questions are regarding resume and cover letter and some behavioral questions too.
