There were several rounds of interviews with multiple staff, including managers and HR. All were in person and asked standard interview questions. I found out about the offer over phone call.

I applied online. Got a phone interview about a week later. A week after that got another phone interview. Two weeks later I went to the office had 4 face to face interviews from 9-12. A week later i got a call from the manager with the offer. Everyone was nice and professional in the whole process.
