Colloquio
I applied online and got a phone call from HR manager. After the interview through the phone with HR manager, I got the official invitation to the interview with the same HR manager and a senior manager. After that another interview with another Senior Manager. So three rounds of interview in total.
In general the interviewers were all nice and friendly which made interviewees feel more comfortable and relaxed.

1st round was typical interview questions: Strengths, weaknesses, why this company, why this position
2nd round was like an informal interview where they asked more about the experiences, skills I have and I also got to hear from the senior manager about the position, the company, etc.
3rd round was a bit tricky, the 2nd senior manager gave questions like: in situation like ... when customers... what would you do? Have you ever been in a situation when...? If... then?

After about a week I applied online I got invited for a zoom call, the first round of interview was technical, second round was managerial and third was HR. They were very professional and humble people.
