The interview process involved 3 x 1 on 1 discussion with people at Net app and involved me answering their questions about my background, motivations, approach to cold calls and so on. I was told at the end of the interview process that I would get flown to North Carolina for 3 months to learn the sales process there. A week after being told that I would receive an offer letter, I was told that they wanted to reopen the interview process as they thought it was too rushed. I had believed that I had an offer but was now told that it no longer was offered to me.

With me it was very very very slow procedure. It took more 45days to get a call from the company. And now still waiting for my offer letter to come. The salary part is already discussed but no sign of offer letter yet. It was 3 rounds of interview. 2 from Singapore and 1 in bangalore - India office. Most questions are based upon customer handling procedure, lead generations The company is pretty slow in there process, though the hr person has already mentioned my total ctc but haven't released my offer letter, even after long follow ups.
