Four rounds of interviews , with each interview HR tells me that it went positive, the last interview is an informal senior Management interview. I wait a week and they respond to me with the classic refusal mail without any explanation. I lived this experience twice with two different job roles in Netapp. I can't understand why they can't eliminate candidates from the technical or managerial interview, and let them go to the final interview to say no to them in the end. Very bad experience.

Normal interview process was smooth. Nothing out of the ordinary. Classic and standard process of hiring in the region and in the industry. Hiring manager asking classic questions and asking about past experiences
