All day, with another engineer and two managers, in the office. Back in 2000 (the selection below only lets me go back to 2011). It was a fairly ordinary interview for the day, but the majority was a technical interview by an experienced support engineer. Sadly, they don't do interviews this way anymore.

Normal interview process was smooth. Nothing out of the ordinary. Classic and standard process of hiring in the region and in the industry. Hiring manager asking classic questions and asking about past experiences

It was 40 minutes interview with technical lead He was friendly and gave enough feedback Once cleared there was gone be HR round but the tech lead clearly said they were looking for more experienced person for position and keep my profile on hold
