I got this job through a recruiter. They proceeded to follow up with me and review the qualifications I have my resume, what they were expecting for the job in order to set up the interview.
As I had applied for a contract position, the interview was a single stage process involving myself with the QA manager and lead. They asked the standard behavioral questions with a quick coding exam at the end. Overall it was not too difficult.

Netapp had this interview day planned. Lot of candidates from other universities. The event did not involve a pre screening through a telephonic interview. They shortlisted the resume through the career fair at the university.
