I had a first phone interview with a recruiter to go over my background. She then scheduled me with the VP, but when I logged into the interview, he wasn't there but instead 3 team members. This threw me off guard because I wasn't told there would be a change. I then advanced to the third round with the VP which I thought went well. During that time, I received multiple offers but wanted to work at NetDocuments. I followed up with the recruiter to let her know the situation but was immediately ghosted. Email, texted, and even called but didn't hear back so I assumed I didn't get the job.
