We appreciate your feedback. We truly apologize for the uncertainty and any frustration caused during the interview process. As forecasts change, it can cause unexpected fluctuations in the process. We understand how valuable your time is and appreciate the effort you put into the interview. While we were unable to identify a situation where a four-interviewer panel was involved in a ServiceNow interview that resulted in the Hiring Manager communicating the outcome, we definitely strive to create a positive experience for every candidate, and we missed the mark in this instance.
