Super professional process and excellent people there. I had a phone screen after having my resume in for 6 mo. I then had a three panel video call for an hour. All went well and they flew me to Columbus a month later for a job fair. Three more interviews with a Pilot, Admin, and member of HR and a Sim session in a Challenger 350. I thought all went smooth however on logbook review I was short on IMC time. 35hrs short. I am honest with my IMC time as some approaches are just a few minutes crossing a layer. 35 hrs is a lot of IMC when you live in the West! No hiring offer for me I got the TBNT. Again, professional experience with NetJets! Wish I would have been in training by now.

Awesome process. They fly you out the night before and in the morning pick you up in a shuttle and take you to headquarters. They show you the impressive operation and how things move smoothly. You then go to your sim which is pretty straight forward and no tricks. After you go to log book review and then your HR interview which is resume review and tell me about a time. Then off to the airport. All very nice and welcoming people.
