I have been contacted multiple times via LinkedIn. We exchanged phone numbers and I received a call where I was introduced to the company, job opportunities, some questions on my experience, focus, availability. We agreed on a meeting in the company, where we discussed job more thoroughly, my experience, my english speaking abilities were checked. I was shown the site, I was invited to ask questions. Technical questions were to be discussed with a manager. We scheduled a date on when I received a 90 minute test to be done at home. 2 sets of java problems, one set of SQL problems. Difficulty relatively easy. After that we scheduled a talk with the manager and live coding session. The talk was to be one hour long, but we had a good vibe going, so it took a little longer. Live coding session was my first one, it was of moderate difficulty. Two colleagues testing me were very helpful during the process. The coding session is in a foreign low-feature IDE with access to javadoc if necessary. 90 minute testing during which you solve java algorithmic problems as much as you can with increasing difficulty. Questions were focused on understanding of the algorithm time and space complexity. The same live coding session a week later with two other colleagues again, however this time with increased difficulty. After this last session, I have been introduced with a job offer, which I accepted.
