Very straightforward interview, asked a lot about academic, team, and leadership experiences. Wanted to know what I knew about the position and the firm. Also, gave me a brief, 10 question accounting quiz to start the interview off, nothing too out of the ordinary.

Is there anything you would do differently during your college experience if you could?
The interview process had three stages. First, there was a phone screening with an analyst just to see if there was a fit. Then, there was a video interview with HR, which included very typical behavioural questions. The last step was a final round Superday where there were multiple group activities and two short individual interviews.

Submitted my CV thru a friend, then phone interviewed by HR the next day. I was then Scheduled for a series of interview with 2 Team Leads and 1 Practice Manager.
Second Week:
Scheduled for an interview with another Practice Manager then endorsed to the Director.
Third Week:
Job Offer.

The interview process was challenging. I had to be interviewed by recruiter, colleagues, team leads, managers and director. But the vibe was not intimidating. They made sure that applicants were comfortable so as to avoid nervousness.
