The hiring process consists of a technical exam, HR interview, technical interview, manager's interview and director's interview. The duration of the technical exam and HR interview is about 2-3 hours depending on how long you answered the exam because there is no time limit. If you passed the exam and the initial interview, you will be scheduled for the technical exam. It took 1 day before I was scheduled for the interview. The technical interview lasted for an hour. After the technical interview, it took another day before I got the text that I passed the interview. The manager's interview is also like a technical interview because you will be asked some technical questions to test if you have the capability to work for the team. The last interview was with the director for support. There are no technical questions during this interview but it is more on your attitude towards work.

The most difficult question I encountered was with the technical interview because after answering the question, you should be able to explain your answer properly and in English language to the interviewer.

The interview process is so fast. Though pressured because of the previous reviews, everything went well. Also, maybe its fast because its an open house hiring. I got to do the Technical Interview and Manager's interview the same day.

First there was a meeting with HR and test for my skills. Then there was a first official interview in person with manager and other two guys from the company. We were talking about the company and my information in CV. It took more than hour. Then there was second technical interview by phone. We were talking more about my experience in my previous job, about this new job and about this role’s responsibilities and challenges. It took more than hour. Then there was third interview by phone with a SR Manager Tech Support. We briefly talked about me and the job again. It took about half an hour. This was Friday and on Monday they offered me the job :)

Worth the wait
The interview process took more than a month, but it’s worth the wait. I was interviewed initially by HR, technical interview with one of the supervisors, another interview from the manager and final interview with the director.
All the interviews went well and will always ask you if you have any questions, which in my opinion is the best part of the interview because you’ll have additional information about the company ofcourse it depends on your question.
