Screening call with recruiter 30mins, typical questions: why netcompany? your experience and skills? role requirements etc. After thit stage, there's two interviews which are conducted both on the same day, one after another. 1 hour long each. First -> business competency interview with a Manager followed by another hour long case study interview with a different technical manager. The business competency interview went great, the interviewere was engaged and seemed interested however with the case study interview, the interviewer seemed disengaged and uninterested. Case study interview was about desiging a transport system (think of like the London underground oyster card system), asked to draw an use case diagram, focus on a few features and start detailing the diagram. During this I was also asked to write some Java code and some SQL statements for a join between different tables. This interview stage is really where your fate during this process is decided, if you have an engaging interviewer then you can talk back and forth during the design and perform well. otherwise... After the last interview i was unfortunately ghosted for a while with no response, and then after a while- i received a generic response of requirements not met. Looked like a great company, but shame their interview process is not the same.
