Disjointed, lack of respect for candidate's time, no unified vision amongst senior leadership. HR Manager did a great job selling the role and coordinating the interviews in the beginning with 6-7 rounds of interviews scheduled in a span of 3 months however lost traction completely towards the end of interview cycle. All leaders had a different viewpoints on the role and to an extent that one leader also mentioned that they are not sure if this role is required in the organization. One leader was very open about the failures within the organization and the need / challenges that will come along with the role which I highly appreciated however due to no clarity between senior leadership and the length of interview process, not did I but the hiring organization also lost interest and focus in the process. To top it all, after repeated requests, there were no effort made by HR representative to close the loop which I believe is basic HR101 process while fulfilling senior level positions. I wish Netcracker all the best in their pursuits hoping that the senior leadership can get on the same page about their vision to combat current business challenges.
