The process would be really good, if it worked. 5 rounds for an ENTRY level position, FIVE, over the course of 1 month: 2 HR, 2 technical, 1 managerial. The whole process took like 4 months, almost feeling like i got ghosted. Whiteboard, some practical exercises like the ones seen on leetcode. Overall the interviews are okay, interviewers are professional. They want a background check before any offer, so red flag. In the end i got the greenlight, just to receive a copy and pasted rejection mail on the next friday, 10 minutes before the close of business, just to make sure that after 5 rounds and 4 months i have one hell of a weekend.
