Really wanted to provide my feedback for the process, and if it matters to any senior leader in Netcracker, then they MUST take actions to improve.
Summary: Overall went through 8-9 rounds with various Senior BAs and Solution architects including leaders from India and Russia.
After initial discussion with recruiter, got into 3 technical rounds, cleared all and then went into HR rounds, provided my salary expectation and all details needed.
HR came back asking for another round with BSS head in india and the outcome of that was 2 more discussion with BSS lead in Russia and lead solution architect in Russia.
After cracking all of this, I went into HR round and again provided salary expectations and all supporting details.
So it all went so positive with each round, where in total I spent easily around 9-10 hours.
A day later, received the email from the recruiter that the position is on hold.. really?
I am sure they were unable to meet the salary expectations, which is fair, but should have clarified that in the beginning of the process rather than wasting everyone’s time.
At a senior level, I found this very unprofessional.
