I was asked set of written questions and given time to send my answers, which would then go to the CEO. Then there were two back-to-back stages of interviews with two separate teams. The first stage was mostly theoretical questions about network security in common applications, and the next was practical questions based on their applications.
I sent an email with my CV and cover letter to the email address on Netcraft's website. After a few days, I was asked to send my transcript and a piece of software.
Applied via university and the process took several days until I got an interview. My interview took place in Bath, United Kingdom. The whole interview lasted about 2 hours.
