The process began with a home assignment (4 hours), involving a task relevant to the company's field of work, focusing on end-to-end data processing. Afterward, I had an interview with the team lead, where we reviewed my solution together. The discussion included additional technical questions, primarily aimed at understanding my thought process and problem-solving approach. The next step was a meeting with the team members, which was open and pleasant. After successfully completing these stages, I had two more interviews – one with the VP R&D and another with the HR. The entire process was well-structured and organized. Everyone I met throughout the process was incredibly kind and created a positive and professional atmosphere.
