It took 2 weeks to complete the rounds. Post that HR says the round is clear and someone from senior HR will call you for a final discussion. But it never happens. After a month also. When you reach the same person again he said "I will check and let you know" and this will happen multiple times. Even HR doesn't know what is the status. Never respond to you. Worst experience ever, Not at all serious about candidates, Don't waste your time...

I gave interview at Gurgaon office (Kivihealth - Kivihealth is part of netmeds) in August 2019 There were a total 2 rounds in total: 1. Technical round: Way too simple for an experienced, didn't take me much time to figure out that the interviewer didn't know much. 2. Non-technical round: It was more of a salary discussion. I rejected the offer they gave. But then received a call a few days later with updated salary offer and I accepted the offer then. I had a 3 month notice period which they accepted without much issue, and I resigned from my organisation. But, 10 days before joining the company I receive an email from HR team: ------------------- Dear XXX, We regret to inform you that we are cancelling the job offer for the position of "Software Engineer- Engineering " dated 23-08-2019 with immediate effect due to unavoidable operational reasons. We look forward to working with you in future. Wishing you all the best for your future endeavours. Regards, HR Team ---------------- I was devastated. I didn't have any job offer back then, but in the next few days I bagged 4 offers with much higher salaries in reputed companies. I started out with the thought that we should not look for more offers when we have one and companies like this have changed my mind. My take away experience would be always stay away from cheap companies and look for reputed companies. I was lucky enough to get away from that situation but someone else might not be.
