Kind of intense but nothing worse than anywhere else. They will ask situational experience questions. You will get interviewed by people who typically interview, but many different people will volunteer or fill in for others when they aren't there. Usually it's the people who you'd be working with or you'd be managed by. They are a great bunch of people!
