I took an introductory phone screen from a recruiter, followed by a 1:1 phone interview, followed by a in person 4 panel interview. The first two phone screens went extremely well. As well my first two of the panel were great interviewers with a very conversationalist feel. My last two interviewers were dull, all over the place, and not quite the subject matter experts I would expect. I took a tour and was less than impressed, the office feels and looks like a teenagers dorm, along with the atmosphere seeming to be a bunch of jokesters accomplishing no work. I was informed the pay would be 70k. Also the interview never formally ended, I was left sitting in the room, only to walk myself out, while the jokesters played games. I later received mail of offer, but have declined due to unprofessional environment, un-knowledgeable staff. My last comment, the scopes of work provided and task sheets are dismissable, so much that the current team looks to be having more fun then working so they need to hire 2 more people AD Admins to complete such tasks.
