My experience was very casual, but it was also quite lengthy. The entire process took about two months. The recruiter kept me informed about the progress and was very kind. Overall, it was interesting to be part of the interview process, but I think it could be more efficient to have two managers in the interviews to save time

I attended a screening interview by an internal recruiter at Netskope. The recruiter seemed impressed with my experience, and told me he would share feedback the next week regarding my interview and possible next steps. After 3 business days (5 full days) of not hearing back, I sent a polite email thanking the interviewer for his time and requesting an update. It has now been 3 weeks and I have not heard back at all, at this point I assume I have been ghosted by the recruiter. Very unprofessional.

The manager told me the next steps were to come in the office for a third and final interview, and to meet the other manager. The next day I received an email saying they were no longer pursuing me as an applicant. Unprofessional way of declining someone. When I followed up and asked for feedback, they never responded. Also unprofessional.
